We ship internationally via EMS (Express Mail Service).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • All product prices include shipping costs
  • Primary shipping destination: Saudi Arabia
  • Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days (may vary depending on customs clearance and local conditions)
  • A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched

Order Changes & Cancellations You may request order changes or cancellations until 23:59 JST on the day of your order. After this time, we begin shipping preparations and cannot accept changes.

Delivery Restrictions Please note that specific delivery dates and times cannot be requested for international orders.

Customs & Import Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at official-dot.info@kiora.jp within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or receipt (for damaged items). We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage as evidence.
