International Shipping Policy
We ship internationally via International ePacket Light or EMS (Express Mail Service).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Flat shipping rate: 100 SAR for all orders to Saudi Arabia
- Primary shipping destination: Saudi Arabia
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing before shipment. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is approximately 2 weeks. Due to customs clearance and local conditions, please allow approximately 1 month in total from order to delivery
- A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched
Order Changes & Cancellations You may request order changes or cancellations until 23:59 JST on the day of your order. After this time, we begin shipping preparations and cannot accept changes.
Delivery Restrictions Please note that specific delivery dates and times cannot be requested for international orders.
Customs & Import Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority upon delivery.
Shipping Delays While we strive for timely delivery, international shipments may occasionally be delayed due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at official-dot.info@kiora.jp within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or receipt (for damaged items). We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging materials and take photos of any damage as evidence.
