・本商品は、着物のビンテージ帯をアップサイクルして仕立てた一点もののバッグになります。
・帯には絹や金糸、銀糸、化繊などが使われており、光沢や織り模様が美しいのが特徴です。
・アップサイクル商品のため、小さな染みや針穴、織りムラ、
折りじわなどがあることがありますが素材の歴史を感じられる味わいとしてご理解ください。

・While the handles are made from durable materials, we recommend avoiding placing heavy
items inside, as this may cause deformation or damage.

絹などの天然素材は水に弱く、濡れるとシミや変色の恐れがあります。
・保管は風通しのよい場所でお願いいたします。
直射日光や湿気を避け、使用後は軽く拭いて形を整えて保管してください。
・色落ちやにおいが出る場合があります。
ビンテージ帯を使用しているため色落ちやにおいが気になる場合は、
陰干ししていただくと改善されることがあります。

・Please be careful of friction and snagging.
Due to the delicate weaving, strong rubbing or contact with sharp objects may cause threads
to break.
・Please avoid carrying heavy items.
The obi fabric is durable, but heavy contents may cause deformation or damage.
・Please avoid using on rainy days.
Natural materials such as silk are sensitive to water and may develop stains or discoloration if wet.
・Please store in a well-ventilated place.
Avoid direct sunlight and humidity. After use, gently wipe and reshape the item before
storing.
・Color fading and odors may occur.
As vintage obi fabrics are used, some color fading or odors may be noticeable. If this occurs,
airing the item in the shade can help improve these issues.

■ 返送時の送料について
当店の不備による返品・交換（破損・誤配送など）の場合、返送料は当店が負担いたします。
お客様都合による返送（※原則お受けしておりません）や、

■ If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged
Please contact us at official-dot.info@kiora.jp. within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or receipt (for damaged items). We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. In case of damage, please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damaged areas as evidence.
